  1. Wash & soak rice for 1 hour. Take a pan or cooker. Add 2 table spoon ghee heat it on low flame. Add feenal & cardamom, roast it.
  2. Now add dry fruits clove pepper cinnamon & roast them proper. Now add soaked rice without water.
  3. Saute it for 1 min & add powder or grated jaggery. Again saute it. At last add 2/5 cup water in it. Stir it proper & cover with lid.
  4. If we cook in cooker then after 1 whistle off the flame, or we cook in pan then we check it occasionally. It takes time. After check the rice to cook proper.
  5. Off the flame. Leave it for few min till feel the aroma of rice.
    We can add 1 tablespoon ghee on the cooked rice for better taste & colour.
  6. Jaggery pulao is ready.when we serve it we can microwave it.preserve it for 2 to 3 days in freeze.
