  1. In a saucepan bring 2 cups of water to boil. Add salt and ghee. When the water is rolling hot add the rice flour and switch off the flame.
  2. Keep stirring it will come together to form like a dough. Let it cool.
  3. Wet your palm. Take a small marble like dough and roll it into balls.
  4. Keep water to boil in a steamer. Place the rice balls in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
  5. Once done. Let it cool.
  6. In a pan add oil and heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add sesame seeds, asafoetida, green chillies and dry chilli. Add curry leaves. Cook and add the goli Idlis. Stor and cook for 2 minutes
  7. Serve starting hot goli Idli with red coconut chutney and tea or coffee.
