Steps to make to make Chole kulcha
- Take a pressure cooker, add 2-3 glasses of water, chole, salt, and cinnamon piece. Cook it until 3 whistles.


- Take a kadhai, add oil, heat it now adds cumin, bay leaf, and cinnamon, now add onions and roast them till they become light brown, Now add Turmeric, red chili powder, salt and mix them.



- Now add Tomato puree. Roast till oil ozzes out from the puree, Now add boiled Chole and mix them, Adjust the consistency.
- For Kucha, Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients one by one, Knead a soft dough with water, Grease it with oil and cover the dough and make it rest for 2hrs.



- After 2 hours, Make a ball from the dough and stick sesame seeds and make an oval shape using a rolling pin. Apply water by using a brush and place it on hot tawa. Roast it as shown 👇.
