  1. Make dough by mixing all dry ingredient together and then knead with lukewarm water in a soft smooth dough.keep in airtight box at some warm place and leave to rise for 1-2 hour.
  2. Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes.heat 2 tbsp oil in pan & fry all chicken with its marinade till tender.you can add water if needed.
  3. When dough has risen.roll it into round pizza roti shape.cover & keep for 30 min. Then prick dough with fork from some places.spread 1 cup readymade pizza sauce over roti smoothly.
  4. Spread shredded chicken pieces over sauce.add half capsicum juliennes & olives sprinkle both cheese over.then sprinkle rest of the capsicum & olives.
  5. Bake in a preheat oven at 180°c for 25 min.check with knife.if it comes out clean pizza is ready. Serve hot & enjoy international food in home.
