  1. Tamarind and date chutney
  2. For barra/Bhalla
  3. 1-1/2 cup White Lentils(soaked)
  4. 1 Cup Split Yellow lentils (soaked)
  5. 2-3 tbs water (for blending)

  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. as needed Tamarind & date chutney
  9. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 3-4 green chillies chopped
  11. Oil for frying
  12. For yoghurt
  13. 1 kg yoghurt
  14. 1 tbs cornflour
  15. to taste salt
  16. 2-3 tbs sugar
  17. as needed milk
  18. Ingredients for Dahi Baray
  19. Prepared Bhally
  20. Prepared Yogurt
  21. as needed Black salt
  22. as needed Roasted cumin
  23. as needed onion rings
  24. as needed Red chilli powder
  25. as needed Chaat masala
  26. as needed Green chutney
  27. as needed Dry pomegranate

Instructions to make to make Dahi Barray/Bhallay๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹

  1. For Barray/Bhallay
    In a blender blend yellow lentils white lentils and green chilliee by adding water then let it out in a bowl
  2. Now add, salt, ginger garlic paste baking soda and keep mixing in one direction with hand until the mixture blends well
  3. Now leave it for 15-20 minutes
    Now fry the Bhalla in medium heat cooking oil and then let it cool
  4. Now soak these fried Bhalla in the salted water for 10-12 minutes
    After that, press the Bhalla for drain water
  5. For Yogurt
    In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, corn flour, sugar, milk and blend it well.
  6. For Dahi Baray Preparation:
    First of all, put Bhallas in a dish/platter and add some prepared yogurt on it and use onion rings, dry pomegranate black salt, roasted cumin, red chili powder, chaat masala, green chutney, tamarind date sauce to taste.
