  15. 1 onion (sliced)
  16. 1 chilli (slit)
  17. 2 Tbsp fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  18. 🌻for onion pakora (Onion fritters):
  19. 2 onion (roughly chopped)
  20. 1 cup baby spinach chopped
  21. 1 tsp ginger paste
  22. 2 chilli (finely chopped)
  23. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  24. 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
  25. 2 Tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
  26. 1 cup gram flour
  27. 1/2 tsp salt
  28. 1/4 tsp baking soda

  31. 1 Tbsp ghee / oil
  32. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  33. 1 dried red chilli (broken)
  34. 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

  1. 🌻for kadhi preparation:

    firstly, in a large bowl take 5 Tbsp gram flour, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup yogurt.
    mix well forming a smooth paste.
    now add 4 cups water and mix well. keep aside.
  2. In a large pan heat 2 Tbsp oil and add 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 dried red chilli and pinch of asafoetida.
    splutter the tempering without burning the spices.
    now add 1 onion, 1 chilli and saute until onions soften.
    further, add prepared gram flour + yogurt mixture and mix well.
    keep stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Now half cover the pan with lid and simmer for 30 minutes.

    stir in between to prevent from burning.
    add 1 cup water or as required and adjust the consistency.

    firstly, in a small bowl take 2 onion, chopped spinach, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 chilli, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp fenugreek leaves and 2 Tbsp fresh coriander.
  5. Add 1 cup gram flour, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well.
    squeeze and mix until the flour turns moist.
    further, add 1/4 tsp baking soda.add water as needed
    mix well forming a smooth pakora mixture.
  6. Wet your hand with water and scoop out a small ball sized mixture. wet hand prevents the batter from sticking.
    deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on the medium.
    stir occasionally, until the fritters (pakora) turns golden brown and crisp.

    drop in prepared onion fritters into the pan.
