  11. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Water to make a thick paste

  15. 3/4 cup Besan
  16. 1 1/2 cup Yogurt
  17. 2-3 Green chillies
  18. Garlic cloves 4-5
  19. Turmeric powder 1 tsp Oil 3 tbsp
  20. 1 tbsp Salt
  21. 4-5 Red button chillies whole
  22. 1 tsp Zeera
  23. 6-7 Curry Pata
  24. 2 Cups Water

Steps to make to make Pakora Curry

  1. Method for pakoras: Mix all the above ingredients except oil.
    Heat oil in a deep pan,drop pakora batter in it with a spoon,making medium sized pakoras.
    Turn once,fry untill golden n crisp.
    Drain and keep aside.
  2. Method for curry:
    In a blender put besan,yogurt, green chillies, garlic cloves,Turmeric powder, salt,water 1 cup and blend untill everything is blended well.
    In a deep pot heat oil,add zeera,curry leaves & button red chillies and when they start to crack put the concoction from the blender gradually, stirring constantly. Cook on medium flame.when the mixture starts to thicken add 1 cup water.stir cook some more,on low flame,add lemon juice.turn off heat after 5 minutes.
  3. Now taste and adjust the salt n chilli according to ur taste.
    Add the pakoras just before serving otherwise the pakoras will absorb all the curry and break eventually.
    Serve with Zeera Kay bighar walay rice.
