- Add Coriander leaves in grinder jar. Add 2 Green Chili, 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin seeds, Garlic, 2 teaspoons of Yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of Salt and blend. Coriander Sauce is ready.
- After 40 minutes of grilling, bring out the Chicken and brush Oil on the Chicken pieces. Grill again for 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius.
- Chicken Tikka is ready. Serve with Coriander Sauce.
