- Then add baking soda and mix and after 5 mins heat the oil in wok then scoop out with teaspoon then fry and set aside for 5 mins then again fry it after cool down divide it in 4 parts. It can use for 4 times. Then deep freeze it.

- Now for dahi baray take 1 packet out of freezer after deep frost all fritter put it in water bath for 30 mins then squeeze all water.
- In separate bowl add yogurt sugar salt and milk whisk it till all sugar dissolve then add all squeeze fritters and garnish it with chatmasala (spices) and serve
