  1. Heat a pan on high flame for 10mins.
  2. In a bowl sieve flour, add baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder, vanilla essence & mix.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together sugar,oil & curd. Now add this to the dry mixture. Add red food colour & mix in cut& fold method. It should be in ribbon like consistency.
  4. Grease a cake tin with oil & dust some flour. Can use butterpaper. Pour the batter. Tap the tin.
  5. Place a stand in the pan. Place the tin on it& bake for 35-40mins on low flame. Once done let it completely cool down before demoulding it.
  6. To make cream cheese frosting blend the ingredients in high speed. You can add 2tbsp fresh cream for more creamy texture.
  7. Now cut the cake width wise. Brush sugar syrup, spread the cream cheese evenly on all sides. Place the halves on top of the other. Decorate & enjoy with your loved ones.
