  1. Soaked chickpeas overnight. Next morning discard foamy water. Boil chickpea’s in water with 1 tsp baking soda.
  2. Make baisan baray and keep aside. Check recipe in my kitchen.
  3. Make khatti and meethi imli chutneys. Check recipe in my kitchen.
  4. Beat yogurt with sugar & pinch of salt.
  5. Cut onions 🧅 tomatoes 🍅 green chilli 🌶️.
  6. Chop them
  7. Now cook chickpeas, add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, imli pulp. Add chat masala & boiled potatoes 🥔.
  8. Assembling; Its your choice to serve single servings or prepare a big bowl of chaat.
  9. First put chickpeas, than baisan baray. Add yogurt, imli meethi Chutney, onion. Sprinkle chaat masala. Sprinkle papri. Serve & enjoy.
